The role
The job exists to provide the Process Unit with a fully trained and highly skilled team of Operators working in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health and Safety guidelines, to be fully accountable for all aspects of the role.
Manufacturing Operative who is mechanically minded with a proactive approach to work and willing to follow instructions and learn how to operate safely whilst on site is required for a well-established company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
Ideally you will have experience within a Manufacturing Plant site, ideally the waste, aggregates or concrete environment.
Your role will involve supporting ongoing training initiatives and managing bespoke projects that enhance the knowledge and skills of employees across the organization.
