- Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts across a 36-hour week, including night shifts

What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate and maintain high-tech machinery and equipment as a Technical Operator to ensure smooth and efficient production

- Work closely with a team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality regulations throughout all operations
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Operator in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment
- Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting advanced machinery and technology
- Qualifications: Apprentice trained and qualified to a Level 3 or above in mechanical engineering
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
