Lead the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of the entire facility; coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and services.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to address and resolve member issues and requests; maintain a high level of member satisfaction by ensuring the seamless operation of all back-of-house activities with a strong focus on hospitality.
