Due to a hyper growth strategy we are excited to be supporting the appointment of a General Manager of Operations to oversee their existing 3 sites in London and help facilitate the opening of an additional 12 in the next 5 years.
Currently with three state-of-the-art clinics across London, they offer a range of services including Cryotherapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Infrared Saunas, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, CryoSlimming, CryoFacials and fat reduction, all aimed at promoting recovery, enhancing performance, and improving overall well-being.
As a dedicated and dynamic General Manager of Operations you will ensure that high standards of service and innovative approach are consistently delivered as the business expands.
As General Manager of Operations you will manage the operations of their existing London based clinics in the initial instance. The primary objective will be to grow the business by significantly improving sales and profitability leading to new clinic openings across London.
The ideal candidate will not only manage the administrative and logistical aspects of the clinics but also be willing to step in and support the team on the floor if necessary. This is a dynamic role requiring someone with strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Proven experience in increasing sales and profitability - ideally from a membership driven environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using management software and tools.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
