The successful Operations Coordinator is to work within the AOG Operations team, to complete shipments from start to finish ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
The role will involve
Investigate and implement the most cost-effective dispatch of each shipment in accordance with the customers' instructions.
Ensure quotation requests from customers are responded to in a timely manner, providing required follow up and inputting into the company system if the quotation comes to fruition.
My client, a small, well established educational membership organisation, with offices based in Central London, seek an Operations Coordinator to provide high quality administrative support to the Operations Team.
The remainder of the role will be supporting other departments, with general administration and logistics, particularly the Marketing and Education Department in the run up to events.
