OA are working with a well-established manufacturer during a time of growth. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team in Hertford.
Operations Coordinator – Job Details:

Operations Coordinator – Main Duties:
- Supporting with customer queries
- Processing and managing Sales Orders
- Preparing quotations, raising deliveries
- Customer communications including delivery dates and schedules
- Attending regular meetings with customers including virtual and face to face
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth running of delivery schedules
- Providing monthly reports
- Ensuring database is up to date an accurate
Operations Coordinator – Skills & Experience:
- Confident communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- A problem-solving approach
- Driving license is advantageous (for attending customer meetings)
- Experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service or Operations is advantageous
- Experience in Manufacturing/technical environment is advantageous
