In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing helpdesk enquiries, liaising with clients, and coordinating various administrative tasks.
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Helpdesk Administrator that is available immediately.
You will be the go-to person for ensuring exceptional customer service, timely response to requests, and maintaining the overall efficiency of systems.
Provide administrative support to the Improvement Directorate teams in the delivery of local government support, leadership and localism, productivity and research and information.
Support the teams in the Improvement Directorate in the achievement of the priorities and objectives.
Job Purpose
As part of the Improvement Coordination and Strategy Team, provide administrative support for the Improvement Directorate functions.
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
Continuously update data bases in the CRM system.
Inventory and management of the SharePoint site: archiving documents that are out of date, ensuring the most recent document versions are in the relevant workstream sections etc.
