About the role
As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department; you will do this by being at the core of all sales enquiries and by developing the sales team.
In this role you are responsible for the day to day performance and delivery of the team, including Support Workers, and Supply Chain Partners, supporting staff development and a culture of continuous improvement.
You will oversee the referral process, build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, and lead the team to deliver effective performance to meet contractual and compliance obligations.
