Our client is currently looking for a Material Planner who will be in charge of controlling the supply of the materials used to meet production requirements.
The successful candidate should be able to forward production programmes to be consistent with target stock levels.
Duties and responsibilities
To understand and manage the risks with material supply and to keep impact to the production schedule to a minimum.
A fantastic opportunity for a Material Planner to join a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Newbury with a salary up to £35,000.
The Material Planner will sit in the Supply Chain department, with excellent opportunities for growth and career progression.
Candidates will have previous in Material Control or Material Planning experience, liaising with suppliers for material requirements ideally within a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment and are self-motivated to join the team.
