Plan: Act as the single point of contact responsible for project schedule, cost, risks, and scope; generate a suitable Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that enables level 0, 1, 2, and 3 plans to be developed; track progress and provide updates to the programme team and key stakeholders as required.
