Customer Service Team Leader

Reed are working with a manufacturing client that is experiencing rapid growth in the UK and European markets. Recruiting for an Inside Sales Team Leader on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a newly created role to support this expansion. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and leadership experience, preferably from manufacturing or similar.

  • Location: Clevedon, North Somerset
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (08:45 to 16:45 Mon-Thurs, 08:45 to 16:00 Fri)

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Manage the internal sales process, ensuring efficient liaison with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining proactive communication.
  • Lead the Inside Sales Team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain precise data entry within SAP, ensuring data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong skills in Word and Excel.
  • GCSE or equivalent at Grade B or above in Maths and English.
  • Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to work.
  • Full Right to Work in the UK.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
