Reed are working with a manufacturing client that is experiencing rapid growth in the UK and European markets. Recruiting for an Inside Sales Team Leader on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a newly created role to support this expansion. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and leadership experience, preferably from manufacturing or similar.

- Hours: 40 hours per week (08:45 to 16:45 Mon-Thurs, 08:45 to 16:00 Fri)
Day to Day of the Role:
- Manage the internal sales process, ensuring efficient liaison with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining proactive communication.
- Lead the Inside Sales Team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain precise data entry within SAP, ensuring data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong skills in Word and Excel.
- GCSE or equivalent at Grade B or above in Maths and English.
- Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach to work.
- Full Right to Work in the UK.
- Full Clean Driving Licence.
