As an Assistant Manager you will use your experience to lead and inspire your team to land the retail plan and deliver a great customer and patient experience.
About the role
Our stores have a broad customer offering across retail and optometry.
It can be very hard work: you could be stacking shelves, operating the till, serving customers...whatever's required, you're there with a helpful smile and a good head on your shoulders.
You'll spend the first few months in store, learning about (and actually doing) everyone's different roles.
This is your chance to get a real taste of retail, as you're exposed to every facet of our business over the 12 months of your placement.

Job Role / Duties
Will include the unloading and distributing of a variety of items from a container into the warehouse, the items will vary in size so the job can be labour intensive.
