In this 2-3 month, ASAP starting contract role, you will take charge of the entire process of planning integrated campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop consumer-focused strategies, create engaging solutions, and ensure flawless execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for developing consumer-centric strategies and delivering engaging creative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of 15 integrated campaigns annually, including major product launches. Create comprehensive end-to-end campaign project plans by: - Coordinating with all stakeholders to adhere to key timelines and deliverables. - Identifying and managing interdependencies. - Addressing issues and revising plans as necessary. - Ensuring timely and budget-compliant campaign delivery through effective stakeholder management. - Facilitate the delivery of essential campaign components, such as campaign strategy, creative platform, channel activation plans, creative requirements, and creative toolkits. - Oversee the final approval of output from the internal creative studio, ensuring production and digital files meet campaign standards. - Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, agencies, and suppliers. - Advocate for process improvements, capturing insights and applying lessons learned to enhance future campaigns. Key Skills and Experience Needed: Project Management experience - A proven track record in delivering multi-channel campaigns, developing timing plans, managing priorities, and facilitating cross-functional teamwork. Experienced in managing rich media and standard display campaigns, collaborating with digital performance teams, publishers, and designers for creative development and builds. Skilled in managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient campaign delivery, identifying key decisions, and keeping teams aligned. Extensive experience in driving end-to-end campaign development, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Understands the client-agency dynamic for developing campaign strategies and creative outputs. Experienced in working with creative agencies and internal studios, with a strong grasp of design, content development, and front-end development across print, retail, online, and digital platforms. Proficient in managing budgets and understanding commercial delivery. Capable of drawing clear conclusions from multiple sources of information. Excellent at managing and influencing stakeholders, including senior executives, with strong assertiveness and confidence.

This person will champion a data insight approach and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns in the UK&I. This role requires a high-level of hands-on execution, collaborating with local, EMEA cross-functional marketing teams, as well as Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders for optimal success. You will Use data insights to inform decision-making and execute high quality campaigns and events for a market segment aligned closely with the overall marketing and business objectives for the UK & Ireland. Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing but not exclusively events, digital, outbound sales, and social. Seamlessly deliver marketing initiatives, executed within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management Track and report on performance of the marketing activities against KPI's and ROI to maximise impact, engagement and future planning Collaborate with the partner and channel ecosystem, creating co-marketing programmes Collaborate closely with the organisations UK&I sales leaders and GTM teams e.g. pre-sales, partners, Customer success.
