About the Team

The UKI Adaptive Planning Field Marketing focus is to build and execute integrated marketing programmes that drive pipeline growth and also deliver tangible ACV to fuel the continued success of the organisation. Adaptive Planning in the UKI region. We are a trusted strategic partner to the UKI sales business and go beyond conventional marketing approaches. We delve deep into data-driven insights to engage and activate audiences across various channels, empowering us to make bold decisions that directly impact our business outcomes. We operate seamlessly as one cohesive team, uniting with our UKI, EMEA and Global marketing counterparts under one Integrated GTM strategy. About the Role:

We seek a dynamic Field Marketing Manager adept at developing and managing field based demand generation campaigns to build awareness, build pipeline and accelerate opportunities to achieve ACV. This role, reporting to the head of UKI Adaptive Planning Marketing, is supporting the growth targets for a crucial market/customer segment in the organisation UK & Ireland. This person will champion a data insight approach and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns in the UK&I. This role requires a high-level of hands-on execution, collaborating with local, EMEA cross-functional marketing teams, as well as Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders for optimal success.

You will

  • Use data insights to inform decision-making and execute high quality campaigns and events for a market segment aligned closely with the overall marketing and business objectives for the UK & Ireland.

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing but not exclusively events, digital, outbound sales, and social.

  • Seamlessly deliver marketing initiatives, executed within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management

  • Track and report on performance of the marketing activities against KPI's and ROI to maximise impact, engagement and future planning

  • Collaborate with the partner and channel ecosystem, creating co-marketing programmes

  • Collaborate closely with the organisations UK&I sales leaders and GTM teams e.g. pre-sales, partners, Customer success. As well as EMEA and Global Marketing e.g. Digital, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, ABM to integrate and execute high performing, compelling and relevant marketing programs

  • Be responsible for communications with sales team on Marketing activity

  • Proactively bring new ideas and improved processes to the team for consideration. Think differently and execute exceptionally.

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore

  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in developing, executing and measuring campaigns and events

  • Native English speaker with excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills -

  • Results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to thrive in a matrix, multi-stakeholder environment

  • Other qualifications

  • Track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously

  • Enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic with a ‘can do' attitude

  • Objectivity and openness to others' views while continuously building a positive team spirit

  • Ability to deliver on time while achieving or exceeding business goals

  • Experience in building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce and Tableau
