Job Title: Graduate Sales Researcher Location: Hatfield Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) Summary of Position: Our client, a commercial interiors company, is looking for a Graduate Sales Researcher to join their growing team. The Graduate Sales Researcher's primary responsibility is identifying leads through telephone outreach and online research who may seek the clients' services. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Gather information and verify details/research potential leads and contacts, using tools such as LinkedIn, CoStar, job boards, as well as the internet and telephone. Support the Business Development Team with data collection for networking and lead generation opportunities. Research to execute relevant campaigns to generate enquiries. Contact companies to explain the company's services and qualify the prospect via calls, emails and social media. Monitor and manage emails to ensure that enquiries are dealt with promptly and leads are qualified. Follow up with and nurture the qualified leads until they are appropriate to hand over to others. Support the Business Development Managers by booking appointments. Ensure the CRM database is accurate, updates and progress of prospects managed through the pipeline, undertaking regular cleansing as required. Provide data required to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management. Identify and manage subscriptions for lead forensics. Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes: Confident communicator. High standard of customer service, attention to detail and organisation. Ability to work independently, using initiative and being proactive, whilst working as part of a team. Experience in maintaining information systems. Great IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Demonstrate a good knowledge and use of social media. Experience in lead generation would be desirable.
