Social Content Strategy Manager

We are working with the UK head office (Hemel Hempstead) of an extremely exciting, modern, and trendy company who are well known for working with high-end consumer goods that are widely used and recognised across the globe. A well-known name in their industry for years and still going strong with a modern and timeless product, a brand seen across the UK and worldwide.

The company are in a very healthy position, and they are looking for someone to take up an exciting new position with them as the Social Content Strategy Manager. Someone that will be responsible for getting a handle of their social media channels, boosting followings, collaborating with influencers and more.

You will be working closely across eComm, Retail and Product to deliver best-in-class content that captures and interests customers and elevates the brands.

This would suit someone with an ability to create campaigns that tell a story through engaging content; someone that's plugged into popular culture and a natural storyteller with a knack for understanding difference audiences.

Within this role there is the flexibility to discuss and create a working routine that suits you, ideally, we are looking for someone that is looking for a full-time role, although could consider part time for the right person. You will need to be mainly office based for the first few months to settle in, but there is definitely flexibility for hybrid working down the line.

A salary in line with experience and the number of hours worked will be in the range of £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications as well as bonus, employee discounts, free products, employee wellbeing programmes and more.

Overview of duties:

Management:

  • Act as brand guardian to ensure the business is portrayed correctly and consistently to guidelines.
  • Use data and analytics to review and report on all marketing activity to assess performance and discover opportunities.
  • Lead the marketing/creative team.

Brand Partnerships:

  • Work closely with the buying team and partner brands to develop and maintain strong marketing relationships.
  • Create marketing campaigns through collaboration with key partner brands.
  • Develop a media marketing sales plan to support partner brands' marketing messages.
  • Provide detailed analysis of the marketing activity with partner brands. sharing key findings including but not limited to reach, sales, and awareness.
  • Leverage the new Sole social and community space to create engaging events in partnership with key partner brands.

Content Creation:

  • In line with the marketing strategy and calendar, create informative, engaging, and innovative content to be delivered across all channels and set KPIs accordingly.
  • Develop and manage the influencer programme to create brand appropriate and engaging content.
  • Develop best practice guidelines for consistency in visuals and content across all channels.
  • Work with the creative team to ensure appropriate content is captured and delivered.

Who you are:

  • This company are looking for a well-educated candidate with significant experience in marketing, content creation, planning.
  • Proven ability to write well and to use imagery in a premium environment
  • Excellent knowledge and proven experience working with current marketing channels including social media influencers, website, and email.
