Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a small team of production staff, providing guidance and feedback on performance.

We are seeking a motivated & skilled Mechanical Supervisor for our Manufacturing and Production department.
Pivotal in providing Supervisory support in leading a team of manufacturing engineers for all project-based production requirements within a cutting-edge manufacturing facility.
This facility is responsible for multiple turnkey projects producing bespoke Power Modules and Switchrooms within an Integrated modular building fully manufactured on-site.
As the Plastics Supervisor you will be required to manager and oversee all manufacturing processes within the plastics division on a day to day basis to ensure capability is achieved relevant to key performance indicators relating to line performance, product quality, manufacturing consistency and cost reduction whilst maintaining Company Health & Safety and Environmental requirements
