We are seeking a motivated & skilled Mechanical Supervisor for our Manufacturing and Production department. Pivotal in providing Supervisory support in leading a team of manufacturing engineers for all project-based production requirements within a cutting-edge manufacturing facility. This facility is responsible for multiple turnkey projects producing bespoke Power Modules and Switchrooms within an Integrated modular building fully manufactured on-site.

Description
Reporting to the Production Manager this Supervisor/Team Lead will encompass the following duties:
- Daily leadership and guidance of production team/s.
- Driving and maintaining overall Site to be equitable to Company standards and expectations in line with the facility to be applied for company employees and Contractors
- Achieve production schedule timeframes & ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Organise manpower, materials, planning resources to achieve targets.
- Coordination of external subcontractors, scope of works for production staff and preparing product for dispatch and logistics.
- Provide and deliver Toolbox Talks and H&S guidance.
- Maintain and develop a positive culture within the workplace while promoting self-confidence and encouragement within a team environment.
- Assist with first-line management duties in line with company procedures.
- Proficient in setting out and tracking work in coordination with the engineering team.
- 3 years' minimum Supervisory/Team Leader experience working within an industrial or commercial engineering contracting sector.
- Demonstrate capabilities leading small to medium-sized teams.
- Mechanical Qualification, recognised apprenticeship, HNC/HND Engineering qualification.
Profile
A successful 'Mechanical Supervisor/Team Leader' should have:
- An educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a recognised apprenticeship in Mechanical engineering.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within Industrial/Commercial Contracting/Engineering.
- Strong technical skills related to processes and machinery, fabrication and Installation.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary ranging from €49,000 to €50,752 per year.
- Monday to Friday working schedule with an early finish on Friday.
