Oversee and assign technician workloads effectively. Ensure company quality standards are met, satisfying both internal and external customers. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are achieved. Conduct team briefs focused on quality, cost, and delivery, and gather ideas for improvement. Manage workshop calibration and maintenance according to schedules. Provide training to apprentices as needed. Drive team performance by offering direction and feedback to enhance performance. And this is what you'll need: Extensive experience and a proven track record in manufacturing supervision. Proven experience of continuous improvement and problem-solving. Comprehension of production costs, including waste, downtime, scrap, and rework would be advantageous. Any experience in mechanical fitting would be advantageous.
