Here's what you'll be doing:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects to align with strategic objectives, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate across departments to successfully coordinate and implement projects.
- Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and manage dependencies for efficient execution.
- Anticipate and address potential roadblocks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and maintain project momentum.
- Track project progress, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery, addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and senior executives, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote continuous process improvements, best practices, and a culture of learning to enhance project management effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.
The experience you'll bring:
- Proven experience in launching new product development projects
- Expertise in end-to-end NPD project management, from concept creation to market introduction
- A recognized project management qualification such as Prince2, APM, or PMICSM.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent education.
