This is a newly created role, where the mandate is to be impactful and proactive.
The Role
Lead and manage all day-to-day HR operations within the HR function, including a small team.
A generalist HR Manager is required for a global professional services company in an exciting new part of their business in a newly created permanent role.
You will partner with key stakeholders to provide strategic support and provide expert advice and guidance on policy, ER cases and employee engagement.

We are looking for someone that will know how to navigate between a number of sites, develop and adapt the right HR policies, but also someone able to interact and understand people from acquired businesses.
The HR manager will help the organisation create and maintain a real cohesion within the group.
