Role: HR Manager
Salary: Circa £75,000 - £80,000 + 10% Bonus
Location: London (hybrid working)
My client, a rapidly growing organisation who deliver a range of solutions to corporate clients, is seeking a HR Manager (Generalist) to lead a team who provide a comprehensive People service across multiple sites. This is a newly created role, where the mandate is to be impactful and proactive.
The Role:
- Lead and manage all day-to-day HR operations within the HR function, including a small team.
- Act as a Senior Leader within the business providing knowledge and advice on people processes and practices.
- Development, planning, and strategy for all HR and talent acquisition activities across the business.
- Collate, monitor and report on HR metrics to aid strategic decision making.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with broader company objectives.
- Lead ad-hoc HR projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
- Keep up-to-date with employment law and operational trends to ensure advice and guidance on policies and practices are compliant, people-focused, and relevant policies reviewed or developed, communicated and training delivered where required.
- Manage the diversity, equality, and inclusion values and practices within the company, including training to the wider business.
- Ensure internal HR communications, including any issues, initiatives and programmes are well planned, coordinated, relevant, timely and adhere to the company's values.
The Person:
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years Generalist experience of People or Human Resources at managerial level.
- Experience of the professional services sector.
- Ideally a degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Experienced in influencing and driving change, whilst bringing people on board.
- Ability to communicate effectively and convincingly across a variety of stakeholders at all levels of business.
