Become a Critical Path Project Manager We are looking for a skilled Critical Path Project Manager to oversee and manage the critical path of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Buying/ Merchandising or Supply Chain, with a focus on identifying and managing critical tasks and dependencies to complete projects within a given time frame. You'll be looking at our critical path to understand where we fall short, and to identify the changes we need to make moving forward, before helping to implement them across the teams. You'll look at how we do things 'The Works Way' and deliver a project outline that fits with our company culture and ways of working. Your Mission Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and dependencies. Identify ways in which we can improve our critical path, and put a plan in place to get this off the ground. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and critical path activities. Utilise project management software and tools to track and report on project progress. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives. Skills/Behaviours That Will Set You Apart A background in Buying/ Merchandising or Supply Chain preferable. Proven experience in project management, with a focus on critical path analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
