To assist the Property Management team in the effective management of the property portfolio by providing efficient and accurate administrative support for the day to day running of each property.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated healthcare assistant to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis.

In this role, you will provide expert care and support to patients with respiratory conditions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
Our client is seeking both a people person, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their team quickly, and someone with management experience who can successfully drive a team forward to provide exceptional service, to landlords, tenants and contractors.
You will need to be a car owner and hold a full driving licence.
The candidate will assist and head the Property Management department and look after a portfolio of residential units and a team of 2 Coordinators.
