Cedar are working with an established EdTech business based in London with the search for a Billing & Contracts Assistant. You will support the wider finance team by maintaining billing accuracy and customer subscription management. You will support the delivery on the below - Clear documentation of manual billing process flow Accurate billing that ties to supporting documentation Taking responsibility for correcting data in our systems Duties - Generating manual billing Ensuring billing accuracy for cash flow and reporting requirements Amending and updating subscriptions Reviewing necessary updates to products and pricing to then implement Bulk updates into system Data validation - ensure revenue assurance through the sales to cash processes Skills & experience - High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously and take ownership Can do attitude and a willingness to be hands on Ability to present information in a concise and professional manner Must be comfortable working with a high degree of change and ambiguity Experience of working with Salesforce and Chargebee - desirable Experience in technology and/or a SaaS business - desirable
