We are currently seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to join a leading housing association in London.
This is a full-time, temporary position (with potential for extension) that requires a dedicated professional to oversee the voids process across various locations in London.
Key Responsibilities
Management of Voids Service: You will be responsible for managing a large voids service, ensuring properties are efficiently and effectively turned around for new tenants.
Oversee, monitor and advise all activity around void property management, from the tenant leaving to the property being let.
General
You'll be responsible for collaborating with teams across Honeycomb Group to ensure that void properties are managed, repaired and let in the most efficient and effective way, minimising cost and maximising customer experience.

Being responsible for the delivery of reactive maintenance and small works through the in-house maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring works are carried out to the required standard and timescales.
