In this role,you'llbe the driving force behind producing engaging digital training content that elevates product knowledge and customer confidence.
General
Using the latest design tools,you'llcraft visually compelling content for Retail and Contact Centre teams, always ensuring it meets client standards and deadlines.
What this translates to, is looking for opportunities within existing customer journeys and experiences, creating improvements to the customer experience through the introduction of new innovations.
Working set up: Hybrid, 2 days in office a week
You'll be joining a team responsible for the customer experience strategy behind a global luxury retail powerhouse.
Using a provided scenario you will interact with retail staff, to gage their understanding of the brand and their advocacy.Based on your findings, you'll also be responsible for addressing any knowledge gaps to help enhance the in-store brand experience.
In this dynamic role, you will immerse yourself in the retail environment, visiting assigned stores to assess brand advocacy, product knowledge, and the customer experience.
