User Researcher
to work with our public sector client.
Excellent day rate inside IR35
Duration: 3 Months – scope to extend
Location: Remote / Ad hoc client site visits
The ideal candidates will have proven
User Research background
within public sector and will have the following skills and experience:
- Plan and conduct user research using various methodologies (interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic research)
- Analyse and synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- Present research findings to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to implement research insights
- Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization
- Demonstrated experience working on public sector projects
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Excellence in research planning, execution, and analysis
