Duties
Dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
This is an on-going temporary booking with the view of turning permanent so you must be available to start immediately.
Working for a global leader within the heating industry you will be working in a team communicating with customers and engineers via phone and e-mail to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
The hours are 08.00 - 16.30 with 30 mins for lunch.
You are required to have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes, with a full UK driving licence.
You will support the management of effective delivery of the clients' major repairs programme and investment projects by undertaking a wide range duties to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the oversight of international exports, working with customers and distributors in the Middle East and African markets to ensure accurate customers documentation to allow for timely delivery of goods.
