This position involves being a crucial part of the customer interface, requiring the candidate to provide exceptional customer service while supporting the planning and dispatch teams.
The role demands navigating planning systems and customer relationship management systems efficiently to address client queries, resolve complaints, and maintain effective communication with over 1,800 customer sites and senior managers.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our key client based in Huddersfield who are looking for a temporary Customer Service Administrator (opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate) - immediate start.
The successful candidate will be the interface between customers and the company, ensuring accurate information is provided regarding orders pre- and post-delivery.
