Essential: Excellent communication skill both oral and written Ability to be flexible and able to prioritise workload Attention detail High level of discretion and confidentiality IT Literate Desirable but not essential: L & D experience Construction/Energy industry experience Knowledge of an e-learning system Job Description: Pro-actively book all mandatory and soft skills training Process invoices, liaising with suppliers as required Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Manage training diary Maintain and update employee records Collate and submit training data Maintain and update database and eLearning system Engage with all customers via emails, calls or in person in a professional manner Admin support Monday to Friday: Full Time
