Training Coordinator

Our client is a market leader in the Built Environment with a Head Office in Swanley, Kent. As part of the ongoing growth of the company the Learning and Development team are looking to add a Training Co-ordinator to the department.

Essential:

  • Excellent communication skill both oral and written
  • Ability to be flexible and able to prioritise workload
  • Attention detail
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • IT Literate

Desirable but not essential:

  • L & D experience
  • Construction/Energy industry experience
  • Knowledge of an e-learning system

Job Description:

  • Pro-actively book all mandatory and soft skills training
  • Process invoices, liaising with suppliers as required
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage training diary
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Collate and submit training data
  • Maintain and update database and eLearning system
  • Engage with all customers via emails, calls or in person in a professional manner
  • Admin support

Monday to Friday: Full Time
