Learning and Development Administrator

To ensure provision of high-quality training and development across the practice for colleagues and Partners. In particular, assisting with the smooth organisation and administration of:

  • Graduate and school leaver student programmes, following qualification routes under an Employer-provider Apprenticeship status.
  • Continuing professional and technical development
  • Soft skills development
  • Maintenance of upkeep of the LMS system

About the role

Student Programmes

  • Service Line/Sector course administration and booking of annual plans
  • Research into external venues required for events, discuss with Senior Manager and/or Assistant Manager before booking and ensuring all aspects of the event are agreed with the trainer.
  • Work with Senior L&D Manager to ensure all compliance training is delivered and completed by whole firm.
  • Book and administer Specialist CPD courses as requested.
  • Assist L&D Assistant manager with booking and attendance on Personal skills training and other offerings such as the excel training program
  • Support with metrics and evaluations
  • Assist L&D Assistant manager with day to day running of the firm's apprenticeship program.

Regular checks and maintenance of L&D records via the LMS system and core metrics.
