To lead the team to ensure contract performance of programme is met as a minimum, by developing, mentoring and coaching your team to ensure outcomes, team targets and individual goals are met.
Successfully deliver on all key performance targets (financial, contractual, MSDS, Quality etc) and drive performance improvement on the contract.
To drive the team to achieve sustained high performance and quality of delivery in accordance with the contract, business priorities and organisational culture and values.
Cover and supervise various subjects (lesson plans will be provided).
Gain experience within UK-based schools (ideal for those aspiring to pursue a career in Education or working toward their PGCE).
