We are currently working with a number of Secondary Schools across Barking and Dagenham that are seeking Cover Supervisors/Unqualified Teachers to start in September.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Cover and supervise various subjects (lesson plans will be provided).
- Gain experience within UK-based schools (ideal for those aspiring to pursue a career in Education or working toward their PGCE).
- Provide assistance to students confidently when needed.
- Manage pupils' behaviour and ensure they understand the expectations of the lessons.
Requirements:
- Previous teaching experience within a UK school setting environment.
- Previous experience working with KS3 and KS4 pupils - this can include experience outside of schools (youth mentor, instructor, club leaders etc)
- Display confident classroom management and behaviour strategies.
- Be resilient, reliable and adaptable to changing environments.
- Have a passion for education and helping students.
