Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for their established Ofsted registered children's home located in Ilford.
The residential home offers support to young people and children with EBD and Learning Disabilities. You will ensure that your home offers support to the young people promoting independence contributing to their personal development and transition into their adult lives.
Registered Manager
Salary: £43,000 - £50,000
Location: Ilford
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager or 2yrs experience as a Deputy Manager
- Driving Licence
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding of regulatory and legislative frameworks.
- You can ensure the home offers a safe and nurturing environment for the young people residing in the home.
- Take responsibility as the Ofsted Registered Manager efficiently leading and managing the staff team to provide a high level of care and support.
- Manage budgeting, occupancy and referrals of the home
