We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced L&D Director to join this significant national support services firm for an 8 month (maternity cover) contract and take on the responsibiltiy for the smooth running of the L&D function including owning the delivery of the Apprenticeship programme and managing the relationships with OFSTED and the funding agency ESFA.
In this role, the L&D Director will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of talent management, succession planning, and enhancing the overall colleague experience.
You will work closely with senior leaders to identify high-potential employees and rising stars, ensuring robust succession plans are in place for critical roles across the business.
