We are now recruiting for a Learning & Development Officer to support the changing needs of our people and our business.
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality learning within the remits of the talent development programme at level 3 and evaluating existing material so that it is fit for purpose.
The Learning & Development Officer will deliver selected training sessions on our talent development programme for new and existing employees and work closely with the delivery team and wider Learning & Development functions.
Due to growth they require an experienced business development manager/business development consultant to join their existing team, the team is highly successful and they now need someone else who can build rapport, create a client base to build ongoing relationships with and consult with business to understand whether they require digital or non-digital apprenticeship accreditations within their organisation.
The ideal candidate will have sold apprenticeships, however other business development experience will be considered.
