Domus are on the lookout for a Registered Manager to take the reins of a well-established residential service in Folkestone, that specialises in the care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Physical Disabilities.
Supported by an amazing leadership team, you will provide clear direction, management and supervision of a great staff team.
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced leader within the Health and Social Care sector, with a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.
General Manager required to oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of an events venue located in the Aylesford, Kent area.
As General Manager you will be reporting to the Operations Director / Venue Owners and you will ensure the smooth execution of events, maximize revenue, uphold the venue's reputation, and provide exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for all roles within the CDD team all training information will be supplied, with a focus on assessing training needs, creating bespoke training materials, and ensuring an outstanding new starter experience.

Key Responsibilities
You don't have to know about CDD for this position, we are looking for someone who is skilled at staff training and coaching experience, who is engaging, confident and can train new starters and existing staff.
We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our local SEND Schools in Deal by helping children and young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs) and some Complex Needs (Hearing impairments, Autism, Speech and language delay, ADHD).
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students with SEMH, particularly challenging behaviours and Trauma & Attachment will be helpful.
