ideally with a strong background in logistics or healthcare environments. You'll play a crucial role in readying a large influx of new employees to meet operational, regulatory, and safety standards swiftly across our thriving organisation.

  • *Your Role and Responsibilities:**

As the Temporary

Staff Trainer,

you'll:

  • Develop and deliver a streamlined training curriculum focused on rapid onboarding and covering critical areas such as safety, handling sensitive equipment, patient privacy, inventory management, and more.
  • Conduct engaging daily training sessions, using various methods to ensure understanding of key concepts.
  • Assess and certify all new staff, providing valuable feedback and readiness reports to assist with their career development.
  • Distribute key information on COVID-19 protocols and other crucial safety measures, ensuring all new staff are up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and department managers to address immediate skills gaps, adjust training programmes based on feedback, and align all training with operational requirements and timelines.
  • *About You:**

The ideal candidate has:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in delivering impactful training programmes, preferably in logistics, healthcare, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of healthcare regulations and logistics operations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to cater for diverse audiences effectively.
  • Proficient tech-savvy skills, conversant with learning management systems (LMS), virtual training tools, and relevant industry software.
  • Flexibility to train both in-person and remotely, readily adapting to changing needs.
