Job Title: CDD Team Trainer

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Location: Maidstone
Salary: Circa £34,500 per annum

Job Summary:

As a Staff Trainer you will play an integral role in ensuring our Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to uphold the highest standards. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for all roles within the CDD team all training information will be supplied, with a focus on assessing training needs, creating bespoke training materials, and ensuring an outstanding new starter experience. You don't have to know about CDD for this position, we are looking for someone who is skilled at staff training and coaching experience, who is engaging, confident and can train new starters and existing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Management:

Lead the end-to-end training program for the CDD team, including the development and delivery of training plans tailored to various roles within the team.

  • Needs Assessment & Training Design:

Identify the training needs of the CDD team and the wider organization. Design and facilitate effective training sessions, ensuring that all team members are well-prepared to perform their roles.

  • Data Management:

Maintain and update all central training data and materials. Provide evidence of staff training to support performance discussions and 1:1 conversations.

  • Collaboration & Facilitation:

Proactively organize and deliver training sessions. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the team to ensure that specialized knowledge is effectively shared.

  • Communication & Knowledge Sharing:

Clearly articulate the requirements of CDD processes during training sessions. Ensure all colleagues, at all levels of the organization, fully understand and can apply the processes.

  • Knowledge Retention:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our systems, processes, and products related to the CDD department. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in training delivery.

  • Experience:

  • A track record of successfully identifying, designing, and delivering training programs.

  • Experience in producing management information and using it to drive training initiatives.

  • Qualifications:

  • A recognized qualification in training, coaching, or a related field.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong team-working and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.

  • The ability to motivate and inspire others, guiding them through their training journeys.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
