Main Responsibilities
To provide advice and support on all types of case work including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence management and capability from preliminary advisory stages to formal stages.
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR professional to work as part of a large team providing comprehensive HR service to managers.
You will be supporting and working with managers across departments with proactive HR advice and guidance on a range of employer-relations case work and potentially supporting change, redundancy, restructuring and consultation.

The role will be to resolve complaints both over the phone and emails, supporting customers through their complaints journey, investigating cases, and ensuring a fair outcome.
We are looking for Temporary Complaint Officers to join our clients Customer Service Team for a 12 week contract.
