Key Responsibilities
Monitor monthly spend and budget reports associated with vehicle leasing, vehicle service and maintenance, fuel cards, hire vehicles, driver training and licence and compliance checking.
Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of user-friendly fleet policies and procedures, ensuring the organisation remains legally compliant with all relevant legislation.
Maintain accurate data associated with vehicle replacements and predicted future new orders, working closely with key stakeholders within Operations and HR.
Our client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Transport Coordinator to oversee the efficient operation of its fleet of around 50 vehicles.
In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will play a critical part in supporting their productions by ensuring that our fleet is optimally managed, well-maintained, and always ready to meet the demands of our broadcast teams.
