Transport Coordinator - Romanian Speaking

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our client's Transportation and Logistics team. Based in the heart of Didsbury, you will work alongside a friendly and dynamic team in a bustling office environment. This is a chance for you to grow professionally and take on more responsibility within an established organisation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Researching Romanian transport companies and identifying potential partners for our client.
- Communicating with Romanian transport companies to discuss relevant transports from Europe to the UK.
- Assessing their interest in working with our client and collecting essential contact information.
- Assisting in the set-up and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from initial integration to full roll-out.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with transport companies, serving as the main point of contact.
- Conducting daily follow-ups, tracking and tracing shipments, and promptly escalating any issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Native-level fluency in both written and spoken Romanian, as well as fluency in English.
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build rapport.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in using various systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- An inquisitive mindset with a willingness to ask questions and take initiative.
