My large client in the utilities sector is currently looking for an experienced Transition State Manager to join them on an 18 month contract basis to work on their digital transformation programme and assist with the release and liaise with the Change and other cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities will include
Support the Transition State Lead in the planning, scheduling and coordination of releases across the programme.
Support/coordinate the Directorate Change teams as required.
The Senior Transition Consultant will work closely with the project manager to ensure seamless progress of projects.
They will act as the lead transition consultant on all new implementations, create benefit specification summaries, test packs, and configure scheme automation to support all automated routines.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills.
