As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful execution of their projects.
Your new role
You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop a comprehensive project plan, including schedules, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to keep them informed of project progress, changes, and milestones. Manage client expectations and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders as needed.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a commitment to quality by setting and monitoring project quality standards. Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Timeline Adherence: Manage project schedules, identify critical paths, and implement strategies to keep projects on track. Adjust timelines and resources as necessary to accommodate changes or unforeseen challenges.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
  • Project Closure: Conduct project evaluations and ensure all project deliverables are completed to satisfaction. Obtain client acceptance and close out projects effectively.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of managing projects successfully from initiation to completion. Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. Sign experience is not essential, previous experience in construction, shopfitting, joinery or exhibitions would be preferable.
