A well-established Cyber Security business is looking for a Dutch speaking sales executive / Sales Development Representative to assist their growth internationally.
The position is initially a 7 month contract with a view to become permanent at any point within those 7 months.
The Cyber Security business is based in Manchester and you will be required to work on a hybrid basis, 3 days in office and 2 remotely.
We are recruiting an experienced Lettings Property Manager for our busy and successful Lettings and Estate Agency client who are a leading, multi branch independent agent who have been established for several decades in the area, they provide a traditional Lettings and Estate Agency service coupled with the most up to date technology.
As a Lettings Property Manager you will have responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties to include organising safety certificates, dealing with day to day maintenance as well as overseeing bigger works, property inspections, preparing properties for move in, handling tenants vacating the property and dealing with deposit returns.
Prior experience in the property industry is a must, preferably 12 months or more so the position would be ideal for a property manager that is looking to progress and take-on some broader responsibilities.
