Repairs Manager – Housing Association – About The Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit an Repairs Manager on an interim basis. This role is for an intial 2-3 month contract and offers £26 -30 per hour via Umbrella.
Asset Repairs Manager – Housing Association – About The Role:
- Responsible for the management and delivery of the responsive repairs and voids service
- Delivering effective contract management
- Liaise with contact centre and housing management function to ensure effective repairs delivery
- Assist in the training and development of the Repairs Customer Service team, particularly around the diagnosis of repairs
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting
Asset Repairs Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Track record at delivering repairs contract management
- UK valid drivers license
- Social Housing experience
