Our client is seeking a Telephone Collections Agent specialising in private parking debt.
You'll contact individuals with outstanding parking charges, negotiate payments, and make secure resolutions while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and use email/SMS to reach individuals with unpaid parking debt.
The post holder will work as part of a specialist team with responsibility for collecting service charges.
They will be required to manage a large portfolio of service charge accounts and to maintain contact with account holders to ensure that payments are kept up to date, issuing letters and statements where necessary.
They will be responsible for authorising payment plans and checking that these are maintained.
I am recruiting for a local authority who is looking for someone to take calls leaks from above and damp and mould.
Responsibilities will include answering emails/phone calls, attending drop in sessions, being the first point of contact so good customer service skills are necessary and handling queries such as repairs from residents.
