Your new role
Supervise all site-based operatives and oversee all aspects of their work, making sure they are undertaken within the current codes of practice to a high standard.
Undertake site attendance during works on site to oversee the H&S during the construction/works phases.
Induct operatives, arrange welfare arrangements, manage, and assess any potential safety hazards on site with a view to eliminating them.
